oooooh Ziggy played guitar

David Bowie's Ziggy Stardust is one of my favorite songs
strangely is not the original song by Bowie that i favor
but the cover by Bauhaus

i don't tend to like covers, but Ziggy is one of those rare songs
when the cover is better than the original
or so i think, so when i came across this little '45
i bought it... i do have a turntable, you know?

here to Ground Control's and your consideration

ahh the glam rock era

I recommend the Seu Jorge version (actually, all of his Bowie covers are great):

Great cover Bere bere bere! Haven't heard it before so it was a refreshing surprise to see it's more maciza than the original -I guess that's one thing for which you like this one better, rock on dudette!
Another one might be the whole Gothic ambiance and fashion. I easily can picture you in deep black eyeliner. I liked it!
Oh, and yes, it was a good come back from the previous musical notita ;)
What's up with your turntable? How many lp's? You go to Lou's for them? Good good! I recently updated my TT for a brand new Project (a budget model from them), and regarding albums, fortunately there are couple of good stores here for new and used. Mucha lana me he gastado ahi hahaha! And of course, my Captain Beyond is still in the most valued category ;)
