Mercy for Animals Paid-Per-View

I miss blogging, too much Facebook and Twitter.
But today I make time to write about "PPV"
Paid-Per-Views are events where
we pay people $1 to watch a 4 min. video about animal agriculture
Most people have no idea all the suffering the animals
go through to make it to our "plates"
After the video, we talk to people and encourage them
to follow an animal-free vegan diet.
Most people want to go vegan or at least cut
meat consumption after the video.

The past 2 weekends I have volunteer with the
Mercy for Animals team at 2 Lunar Festivals
in San Diego, the Vietnamese and the Chinese festivals.

Animals used for entertainment

As my mom's friend said:
I've taken to the streets! To speak for animal abuse.
Most of these protests were against animals used for entertainment.
Circuses, zoos, aquariums, dog fighting, hunting, fishing, horse racing, bullfighting… all of these practices keep animals in captivity and use them against their will for human entertainment. People take part, considering them fun, entertaining, artistic or cultural, but none justify the forcing of animals into confinement, to suffer and die, for our benefit. Protest at Circus Ramos, where they keep animals in terrible conditions, animals are not ours to use them for entertainment. San Marcos, CA.

Del Mar Death Track, Del Mar Racing Horses, 5 horses have died in 2 weeks in 2015. Del Mar, CA.

Vegan Outreach at Comi-Con 2015, it was a lot of fun and we gave away 4,000 leaflets to help people switch their diet. San Diego, CA.

Protest at SeaWorld, where whales, dolphins, sea lions, penguins are kept to be used for entertainment. San Diego, CA.
