Hola Bere!
Congratulations!! Hey, your laptop looks just like mine (but I went for the common black color for my Inspiron 15). :o) Very glad to hear you had a painless set up and are having fun being mobile with the computer, too.

I must say, though, I wish I can have this thing with Window XP instead of Vista. The new Microsoft Works program just drives me nuts (and the overactive touch pad sure doesn't help). O well... they'll probably come up with another operating system to replace Vista in a couple of years anyway, ay? :P

Hope your week has started well, good neighbor!

Smorgy :o)

hola mister Smorg, oh so you have an Inspiron too! nice, before i was about to buy a Dell Studio but over the Labor Day weekend, the Inspirons were on sale... so far i love it :D and yes, i went for the white, the one i ordered before, the Studio, was supposed to be green, but this time i went more neutral, but i must confess, i didn't want a Black laptop, i don't like black electro-domestics, or other machines, i like them colorful, or plain/clean looking like this one heh heh

and YES mister Smorg, i like XP better too!! my old machine at home runs on XP, but by now i am used to Vista, i've been using it for a while now at work... at the beginning, it was awful!!! but now i have the 64-bit version, both in this laptop and at work, and so far so good... to confess i started a while ago as a Mac user actually, and i must confess i miss them, but they are not practical for me anymore, 'cause i design sometimes applications for Windows and just to able to share software with my friends here who all are PC people...

hope you have a good week too mister Smorg! :D

My best wishes for your first laptop! I have two ones so far and i do love them! I also have a desktop PC with many external disks aswell! I am a child of technology, as you see!

But i saw something about fish in your post. Is there still some fish in your kitchen? I hope you 'll send me some through a mail in order i have some taste of it. I do like that kind of food (the only problem is when the fish is full of bones)...

Have a nice day my friend with your new laptop! Waiting news from you... Trying also to get better with the english language...

hi Diatton, ahhh so you are one of those multi-computered users, huh? I've been thru a couple of computers myself, some Mac included, but never many at the same time... well, i can say i have 3 now, my now-older PC (current as last week), this lap-top and iMac G3, but a friend is keeping it for me

hey! and your English seems very good! of course i am not a native speaker myself, so i am a bit sloppy sometimes, specially while typing fast, but even if you feel comfortable, keep on practicing!! the English language is tricky because at first glance seems not as complicated as others, but it's rather extensive and most of the rules seem based on exceptions, heh heh

ah!! the fish was rather good!! i think Bonito, very mild taste, and sort of fatty but good meat, and really fresh

yes!! i have one cool neighbor

buenas noches herr Smorg and Diatton
