sick

I have been pretty sick for 3 weeks now
the first 2 weeks I worked the sickness through
but this week, I didn't work at all
I am waiting for the blood results to see if I have
Whooping cough
there is an epidemic in San Diego

pigs

Pigs are more intelligent than dogs
yet are subject to cruelty that is beyond words
(and 100% legal).
Will you be courageous and say NO to animal cruelty!

Please don't eat pigs or other animals, they suffer!

 Please stop eating pigs and all animals
eating meat is not necessary for your body
on the contrary, it hurts you eating meat,
so why all the cruelty?
I understand it is mostly misinformation on how
animals are raised for food, I didn't know either,
but if you read this, or come across this blog
PLEASE think all the suffering animals go through
and make a change on the way you eat...

cow milk is not for humans

Cow milk is nature's perfect food,
but only if you are a calf!
Dairy products are harming our health
and are produced on extremely violent situations
for both cows and their calves.
The evidence of its benefits is overstated,
and the evidence of its harm to human populations is increasing.

wildfires in San Diego County

it has been two infernal days in North County
San Diego, yesterday there were 9 fires going on!
The high temperatures and low humidity are
the most dangerous combination to create fires
The Santa Ana winds conditions keep fueling
the fires, Santa Ana winds happen typically
in September and October, when it is fire season
it is only May but after years of drought
California is hot & dry
and there are global warming deniers out there!

STORY HIGHLIGHTS

• NEW: The number of raging fires falls to eight, from three dozen overnight
• NEW: A total of 9,987 acres are now scorched earth
• NEW: A fire in San Marcos is now firefighters' No. 1 priority
• Thousands are ordered to evacuate; schools across region close

tomorrow temperatures will start cooling off
and the winds will start coming from the shore instead
of coming from the East, we are hoping for some relief!

May 14, 2014 at some point there were 9 separate fires in the county!
