the Mexican Cobb Salad from Native Foods
Ancho BBQ Native Chicken (not real chicken) on a flavorful blend of tofu bacon, avocado, roasted corn, black beans, jicama and diced tomato. Served over a bed of romaine and topped with toasted pepitas and creamy jalapeño- cilantro dressing on the side. 
Fantastic food and nobody had to die* for it
