Is Veganism Extreme?
I'll tell you, and maybe if you read my blog years ago
I used to be SICK all the time
I had migraines, asthma, IBS, diverticulitis
allergies, horrible allergies! all the time
and I thought it was my poor cats
and I was always tired, always late, always unmotivated
I have been a vegan, not even a super healthy one
just a vegan, for a while now and
The migraines are GONE
The allergies are GONE
The IBS and diverticulitis attacks are GONE
I have more energy than when I was working-out but eating dead animals
and drinking yogurt
I feel so much more clear-minded, focus, and just happy & relaxed
And to confess, I thought being a vegan was hard, but it hasn't been at all!
There is so much food to eat that has NO animal products, really, there is!
You get all the protein you need from beans, tofu, nuts, grains, and veggies
Give it a try, you won't regret it!
You will feel young vibrant again, and you won't be torturing animals
nor contributing to the destruction of this planet!
