Hola Berenice,

What is on the left side of your dish? The onions or the pepper??

Do you eat the Rosemary or is it simply a decoration??

By the way: do you eat fish and cheese or are you trying to be a total vegetarian??

Georg

hi Herr Georg, to the left are the yellow peppers, and YES i eat the Rosemary! i have two fresh plants of Rosemary so i eat plenty of it... i eat it fresh too, well, cooked, but never dried... i used to dry it after i cut it, but these days i am lazy, i just grab a little twig from the plant and add it to the eggs, soups, fish (when i used to cook fish...), beans, etc... rosemary is one of those flavors i really like... and the rosemary plants are rather cheerful, they grow easily!! i try to keep fresh Basil, but it always gets bugs, peppermint pots dry too easily, and other herbs aren't as easy to keep, but Thyme and Rosemary are humble beautiful plants that grow easily

as for eating meat, well Herr Georg, if you eat fish then you are NOT a vegetarian but a Pescetarian... so i've tried to cut fish from the diet too... i DO eat diary and eggs, so that makes me vegetarian but NOT vegan... although i am trying to become 100% vegetarian, very now & then, i give up to the temptation... like last Friday, i was really busy at work and very tired so i bought a sandwich across the street that i used to love, called Tunisia, it's canned tuna with capers, tomatoes, onions, and chiles all on a toasted bun, it was delicious, and i felt a little strange of eating tuna (or fish protein) after over a month of not-eating any protein of that sort, i had lost of energy afterwards, and i didn't really feel that guilty... after all i am not a purist, i am just trying to:

1. be healthier with what i eat

2. easy a little the cruelty of the slaughter houses

so 1 tuna sandwich is not a great thing because of all the controversy that the tuna capturing carries, but i guess i am doing better than when i used to order a hamburger at McDonald's huh?
