Hola Berenice,

Mister Tilo is dead right: where are the Bratwurst roots?

Here, have a sample from the famous Haindling band "Leit hoit's z'zamm".
That's Bavarian German, meaning something like "Leute haltet zusammen - people be united.

So, is there a music festival in San Diego? If there are groups with traditional world music as the Portuguese duet in the photo, please Berenice you ought to go! Go in order to tell us about! I want details, my dear friend!

First of all, have a nice time in case you go..

hallo dear friends, es tut mir Leid it took me sooo long to reply, my mom's in town and i spend most of the time after work hanging out with her

Herr Thilo und Herr Georg: KEIN Bratwurst for me! i am trying to stay away from meat these days... i had a baked potato though

Herr Georg, thanks for the link! that Bavarian music is always so funny for me!

dear Diatton, i sure went to the festival, saw a couple of bands but only 1 song of each, a couple of friends from Los Angeles came for the event and i was busy 'entertaining' them, so wasn't able to pay attention to the music as i would have liked it... we do have another music festival in September, hope i can get some photos and movies to share online!
