so no posts, bad mood days, ah but a tea advice & more blah

i've been rather moody the last couple of days
called in sick 2 days
migraine (under control)
but still... &
tiredness, bad mood, and general down-lowness
all mostly courtesy of the jerky thievery
landlords & owners of the roach motel
the placed is rented
but they are trying to take advantage of me anyways
returning a misery of all that i gave them

so yeah
blah blah blah
gray gray gray
angry tired & a mess
thank God i remember
there is a whole long life
of mine before and after this sordid
episode
and at the end it will be all a silly post

and sure, i am not taking it
am going to the small courts claims
ah! i will for once test the American legal system
hooray????

so like with many other bad episodes in life
a smudge of grayness among the blue skies
of one's life

yeah, they might take advantage of me
but at least i am me and not them
heh heh

and then i opened one of these
philosophical tea bags

ah sighs!

[and the word you don't read complete
'cause of my dry finger is 'reason']

I can understand you Berenice. I have also bad mood and headaches. But i want to give you an advice:

Just keep your window open at the side of the smile! (i hope you got the meaning, because my english isn't good)...

Hiya Bere,
Ughhhh. Sounds like you had a rather lousy week, my friend. I wish I could hex that greedy landlord for you, but I'm afraid I'm the most unmagical of muggles. :o(

My mom used to put orange rind in her hot tea when she needs a little more perk to start the day with. I especially love that when I'm drinking black tea. :o)

Hopefully the gorgeous weather is having a good effect on your migraine, at least!

Cheerio from the next neighborhood to the north!
Smorgy :o)

Bonjour Berenice,

How is it going now, Berenice? This is last weeks' post, are you already winning in the courts?

There is this French dicton "Ecrasez l'infâme" something smash the loathsome. If you have time to spare, stand a bit in front of their office with a board telling about "Roach Hotel". They would love it and the papers, too.

Georg

hola dear friends, thanks for your kind words & advice. dear Diatton, your words are lovely and mister Smorg, the weather surely has helped, i love the colder but sunny days, although the dryness doesn't agree much with me, but yes over all these been lovely & surely better days. Today i finally woke up with NO headache... and herr Georg, well the nasty landlord did keep much of my money but they are returning some, and i did get to talk to a real lawyer for 1/2 an hour courtesy of my work's benefit package, and he told that in the long run it was better to loose some money now than more along the way, i have a pretty good chance to win the case in small claims court, but the landlords can always appeal the initial decision and drag me for months in the process to recover a couple hundred dolars, so i am settling for only very little they are giving me back, but oh well, for the time being, i am comfortable to know i am sort of out of trouble, that i don't have to move to roach motel and even if i lost money, i did learn a lesson well

and in a couple of days, who knows? i might just hold those signs outside the place, heh heh, once my check has cleared ;)

thank you all for keeping an eye on these boring matters, salud!! my friends :D
