Conexión Autlán-San Diego.

Las enmascaradas, ensombreradas, enlentadas.

Rushed!

Don't make any rushed decisions!
Stop and think before:

1. Ordering food at a restaurant or shopping online
2. Replying to emails, phone call, or texts
3. Posting anything online

I need my life and health back in track.

I have never been a very organized person.

But is about time!

Quarantine songs 5, Tom Waits-The Early Years: Vol. 2

After a hiatus, where I pondered over masks

viruses, and questioned the sanity of the human race,

I am back with my list of albums. As music still makes sense.

It was hard to choose between Closing Time and

The Early Years, Vol. 2 (different from Vol. 1, beware!) from Tom Waits.

Closing Time is the very first Tom Waits album I heard,

but the early compilation has many tracks from

Closing Time and a few old not well-known jewels,

like Blue Skies and Shiver Me Timbers.

This is more old-school Tom Waits', not such a deep voice,

he still just singing the blues, not groaning ha!

Here the full album, do yourself a favor and

seat and listen with a hot cup of tea, or iced tea,

a beer, a glass of wine, or any other drink of your choice.

This is beautiful American music, born in Nationa City, si señor!

Quarantine songs 4, 528 Hz music

I have been listening to this Solfeggio frequencies music
Relaxing deep and help focus and concentrate while working
During these quarantine days is easier to listen to music without headphones
The cats mostly sleep during the day, except for some visits to my desk
[There is so just a certain amount of rock, electronic music I can focus with...
And podcasts talk too much... I need to focus to design, and to gently work]

One of my favorite videos is this 528 Hz Diving into Space track
Love the graphic too, this dear drinking from the milky way.
Try it! And learn more about Solfeggio Scale and its benefits
And about 528 Hz Healing Frequency

Thank you to all my dear friends and family
who took time to wish me a happy birthday,
it was a relaxing day working from home.
I went for a little masked walk,
it was a beautiful sunny day.
Spend time with the cats,
and even managed to get vegan cupcakes.
51! & counting...
Thankful for another year on this wonderful planet.🎂
Still alive and healthy, living strange times
during this Covid-19 pandemic.

Quarantine songs 3

Poem Exchange

I was sent an email to be part of a poem exchange:

the pain

the rain

i thought the rain would make it all better

but there's still pain

and rain

when can we go outside?

and smile, again?

hidden smiles behind masks

greet a new day

oh we remember

when our smiles were transparent

but we didn't care

now all is behind

hoping that today

the rain

will clear the pain
