I am so honored, humbled, and thankful

Please do every day something to help the animals,
they suffer immensely and most people still thinks
is OK to kill them, abuse them, cage them, and eat them,
together, we can change that,
help the animals who suffer a lot,
and help the humans live a more dignified
ethical peaceful life.

Today is my 46 birthday
And I am so thankful to be alive.
