Yaay!!! Return of the grasshopper!
3/4 oz green creme de menthe
3/4 oz white creme de cacao
3/4 oz light cream
Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into a cocktail glass, cut off your balls and serve.

and so for the mixing instructions, i guess i am extent to go thru that pain since i am already ball-ess (?) wonder who had survived one of these mixes, woof! you so silly!
Hallo Bere,
Give my greetings to those Californian grashoppers. They look like ours over here.
By the way, not Grashüpfer, sounds good but not yet invented by Mother Nature. It's called "Heuschrecke". Sauf avis contraire.
Vielleicht gibts das Wort Grashüpfer doch????
Georg
hallo Georg
thanks for the proper or more common word in German for grasshopper!
hey I usually get my "deutsche" sources here
http://dict.leo.org/ende?lp=ende&p=hPXz..&search=Grash%FCpfer
so see? i haven't invented the word... but as usual, i didn't know which of the options was the most common in German
in Spanish we call them "Chapulines" but that's in Mexico, i think in Spain they are "saltamontes" literally Mount-jumpers... so... one never know!
oh Georg but truly appreciate your input, please keep on correcting mein Deutsch until i get it right ;)
salutes from San Diego!
