Quarantine songs 4, 528 Hz music

I have been listening to this Solfeggio frequencies music
Relaxing deep and help focus and concentrate while working
During these quarantine days is easier to listen to music without headphones
The cats mostly sleep during the day, except for some visits to my desk
[There is so just a certain amount of rock, electronic music I can focus with...
And podcasts talk too much... I need to focus to design, and to gently work]

One of my favorite videos is this 528 Hz Diving into Space track
Love the graphic too, this dear drinking from the milky way.
Try it! And learn more about Solfeggio Scale and its benefits
And about 528 Hz Healing Frequency

51

Thank you to all my dear friends and family
who took time to wish me a happy birthday,
it was a relaxing day working from home.
I went for a little masked walk,
it was a beautiful sunny day.
Spend time with the cats,
and even managed to get vegan cupcakes.
51! & counting...
Thankful for another year on this wonderful planet.🎂
Still alive and healthy, living strange times
during this Covid-19 pandemic.

Quarantine songs 3

Poem Exchange

I was sent an email to be part of a poem exchange:

the pain
the rain

i thought the rain would make it all better
but there's still pain
and rain

when can we go outside?
and smile, again?

hidden smiles behind masks
greet a new day

oh we remember
when our smiles were transparent
but we didn't care

now all is behind
hoping that today
the rain
will clear the pain

Quarantine songs 2

It has been a quiet relaxing Sunday at home.
Today, no outside world, well, a little...
Walked the cats on the courtyard, got a bit of sunshine
And plant-staring, which is the best for the mind and the soul.

I am amazed how fast time is going by...
I have been working from home since March 16.
And days are passing FAST...
My neighbor said time is really slow for her,
but she's not working.
I seem to be even busier at home than at the office.

But today, I slowed down.
I meditated a little with this wonderful meditation
by Sujantra from Pilgrimage of the Heart.

And Qigong quick video.
And a 50 minute online yoga class.

Even though this is a scary time for humanity.
I love that our planet seems to be thriving!
When I hear the birds, and see the flowers,
This M83 intro plays in my head...

"Sun is shining Birds are singing Flowers are growing Clouds are looming And I am flying"...

That will be the quarantine song of today:

Frau Kitty walking on the courtyard

My neighbor thinks these plants are just 'weeds' and they are, but they bloom into beautiful little flowers, soon!

I am most thankful for this wonderful tree!

Quarantine songs

Today was eerie.
Went to the laundromat, I was afraid.
More of us are wearing face masks, the others (who didn't) looked at us, strangely.
Were they envious that we were more protected?
Or are they in disbelief still?
You cannot get a face mask easily these days...

And this last sentence strikes me like from bad sci-fi movie!

I remember my friend Bill, back in early January, texted.
2020, buckle up.
But we never thought it would be like this...

I come home, feeling a bit safer...
Yet, still have to wipe my shoes.
Change my clothes, take off my mask carefully.
To not infect anything. Infect. That word.

These are the quarantine days.
Counting to get sick, or better, to not.

Tonight, I start my playlist.
Playlist of Quarantine songs:

David Bowie, si señor, Ashes to Ashes.
Hope we will see you, but not too soon, Major Tom.
