the black cat episode has not been closing nicely
i've been pretty sad and disconcerted
over the ironic turn of events
no details on that right now, later
when it's less painful
but as usual, when my life turns darker
i take refuge on the wise words of my preferred authors
today was Fernando Pessoa, a fragment from his
Book of Disquiet
El Libro del Desasosiego
Das Buch der Unruhe

berenice,
thank you for sharing the interesting page from the author. I've found, however, that he seems too pessimistic on life. I would say that there is always "light" and "bright side" in life even in the darkest.
Sorry to hear that your cat died.
Hola Berenice,
If I understand you correctly, you have lost your cat and grieve for this.
We have lost one of our cats, too.
Zeit heilt Wunden.

hi dear Masanobu and Herr Georg, thankfully any of my cats died!! they are both fine and meowing... a homeless black cat who i was trying to help, escaped from my friend's house where i took him, so i felt i sort of 'killed' him, but now he appeared!! i am writing a post with the long story on it now... please read for more details...
as for Pessoa, yes! Masanobu, you are right, he was a very 'dark-sided' author, sort of depressed, but his literature is beautiful, one cannot deny that, regardless of how dark, i like reading him when i am sad, i guess to embrace my sadness but to later get over it too! so then i switch to happier reading and smile again!
thank you very much for your kind words, and sure, give Fernando Pessoa a try now & then, he's a very important author for the Europe's 20th century literature
