Two pre-b-day parties...not bad...hopefully followed by actual- and post-birthday parties? Generally, it's around birthday time that I cash in on the fact that my friends mostly don't know each other. So, instead of all of them splitting the tab on one evening of dinner, movie & beers, I get a whole bunch of them....
Turning 40 Bere bere... hmmm tough topic... my smile erases as I write because I'm only a couple of years away... they say that once the initial shock has passed, everything begins to settle down and fit in its place and that it is actually a great feeling... oh man, I really wish they weren't lying those bastards! @Dr. Jay SW, thanks dear Doctor, yes! today is the BIG old day, so hopefully another little celebration and sure, why not? more to come, I am on the same situation as you with friends, that's why 2 pre b-day celebration, one with friends from work, another one with 'street' friends, some friendships over-lap but it's nice to have different groups to celebrate with! thanks and glad to see you around :) a downward facing-down sounds about right heh heh heh

Vielen Dank Georg, and you know? San Diego has been rainy misty too these days! today is cold and menacing to rain again, very unlike Sunny Diego, so i am there with you for the crave of B.S. (funny 'cause Americans might read the b.s. as bull shit heh heh not blue skies, you know? they might not be so optimistic hhe heh) as for the 'musical' posts, i have an account with Ipernity, yet another site! ahhh my betiur, pero como decimos en Mexico, es feo llegar a viejo, pero mas feo NO llegar! la neta no puedo creer que ya estoy cuarentona si todavía me la paso divirtiendome con las mismas tarugadas de la infancia, heh heh, pero la verdad contenta Betito de estar viva y pos' a seguirle!! ya verá usted que se siente medio feo pero nada que un buena chela fría y otros 'dulcesillos' no lo puedan a uno ayudar, muchas gracias mi Beto y recido abrazos tuyos y de la Gaby, y les mando muchos de regreso, espero verlos pronto!
