I wish you all a wonderful Christmas!
Please have a compassionate Christmas!
Jesus Christ was an example of love & compassion.
As we celebrate his birthday, let's remember
that Jesus Christ wanted a compassionate
hopeful world. Killing animals is NOT right
and if Jesus saw a factory farm, he would tell you
Go Vegan for Christmas and always.
¡Feliz Navidad 2016!

Christmas messages: Animals are Friends Not Food, Stop Animal Testing
Factory farming and eating animals is the cruelest thing happening on
our planet right now. It is making sick billions of humans, it is
destroying our environment, and killing billions of animals. We don't
know about it because the industry is powerful, but believe me, it is
more powerful and dangerous than fracking and drilling oil, but we all
are so well brain washed. Please open your eyes, learn, question what
you eat and where it comes from. Be a light of hope for animals, health,
and our planet this 2017: Stop Eating and Using Animals ASAP!
At least 70% of all the crops in the USA
go to feed animals, to later
feed people.
If we eat the crops directly,
we can stop world hunger and
everybody
would be healthier too.

Nothing like a hot vegan Pho plate
Pho soup is originally made with beef
but the vegan version is so much tastier!
This is the Blissful Pho for the Loving Hut
It is an AuLac traditional noodle soup
with fresh rice noodles, veggie fillet protein
basil, bean sprouts, cilantro and onions.
Most dishes can be 'veganized'
We don't need to kill animals to eat
fantastic traditional dishes!
Time to evolve and ditch cruelty.
Most Americans complain about
Trump and his heartless cronies, yet we support massive murder:
Traditional Thanksgiving Dinner, a young bird is murdered for pleasure, a
cruel and heartless tradition, time to change and be compassionate. And
do you care about climate change? Do you know all the resources used to
grow one innocent animal and the horrible conditions they live in?
According to the USDA, 236,000,000 Turkeys are murdered every year in
the USA. 36,000,000 for "Thanksgiving".
Please evolve, we are on the 21st century, mass murder of innocent animals should not be happening.

Save our planet, the animals, and yourself!
I am sad, surprised, horrified
that Americans have chosen Donald Trump for president
One of the things that worry me the most
is his position on climate change...
so today I wrote on Facebook:
You know who is in more denial than Trump voters?
And is hurting our
planet more than Trump?
Just look around,: people not willing to accept
that eating animals is destroying our planet.
Please read this article news.vice.com/article/meat-is-murder-on-the-climate-anyway
and then read some of the horrible comments and attacks of meat-eaters
on vegans,
tell me this doesn't sound Trump-like,
yet, every day we can
make great choices to help our planet
and not hurt others when choosing a
vegan life,
but we stand stubborn,
we stand racist against animals
(speciesists)
and we stand utterly cruel!
This past Sunday I had the joy to travel
to Acton, California, to visit 2 animal sanctuaries. Farm Sanctuary and Gentle Farm
are places where rescued farmed animals live
in peace, not worried about being eaten by humans.
Most animals living on these places have been
rescued from slaughter houses, or fallen from
a slaughter truck, or horse racing, etc.
Seeing real animals ALIVE makes the connection
between your brain and your heart:
How can we eat these beautiful gentle creatures?
Most cows, pigs, chickens, turkeys, goats and sheep
were as kind and gentle as our pet animals, cats & dogs.
Here some pictures & videos, but more coming soon!

A dear dear Dj friend

I am thankful for having met him and be his friend.
He had a superb taste in music, just classy
just good, just great.
We will always miss you & will never forget you

I have been writing this blog for 10 years!
10 years.
I, I, I, I need to keep on writing here.
My first post: 12 and in a night-train
Hope there is not a last one,
for a while.
Believe it or not, many people who care about the
environment still have no idea that raising animals for food is so incredibly
destructive.
Consider some of these facts:
Animal agriculture uses a whopping 56 percent of
water in the United States. In fact, just one hamburger requires 660
gallons of water to produce—the equivalent of 2 months’ worth of showers.
Because animals are so densely packed on today's industrial
farms, they produce more manure than can be absorbed by the land as fertilizer.
The runoff from these facilities grossly contaminates rivers and ground water.
Raising animals for food (including land for grazing and
growing feed crops) now uses over one-thirdof the earth’s landmass.
Factory farms have created more than 500 nitrogen-flooded dead zones
throughout the world’s oceans.
Raising animals for food produces more greenhouse gas
emissions than all of the cars, planes, and other forms of transportation combined
Animals raised for food produce 7 million pounds of
excrement every
minute.
A pound of beef requires 13
percent more fossil fuels to produce than a pound of soy.
Overfishing is pushing our oceans to the brink of collapse,
with over 90 percent of large fish at risk for total extinction.
But there’s good news too! Going vegan immediately cuts your
CO2 emissions in half and spares
countless animals from a lifetime of suffering on factory farms.
